It's a very solid picture.
Lot of detail lines to add contour to her shape.
Shading is pretty good too, though I'm a little uncertain as to exactly where the light source is coming from. The position of the shadows seems to indicate that it's coming from above and in front of her(relative to her perspective)?
Her eyes look particularly nice though. Has all the elements needed for that anime look including thick brow line, a thin line for the eye lid, implied line for the lower lid, and the traditional eye shinies.. Interesting that one of the eye shines is actually a lighter shade of her natural eye color rather than just a dot of white.
And of course there is a spot of red with shinies on various points of her skin. I wonder if there is a name for that technique..

Tabby looks quite wonderful with a bit of anime styling and such an edgy look. She's showing a real love of life and excitement with that sharp smile and lovely eyes. The relaxed pose looks quite nice and natural on its own, but the fact that it'd easily get Lincoln's attention too is pretty sweet. Thanks for sharing.
