what is it that we know?sitting there, up in my third floor lounge
reading philosophy
watching the traffic going by
hearing the rain pound on the glass walls
it's beautiful
and honestly, i can think of only one better way to spend my alone time (and that, of course, would be reading the Bible)
but still,
sitting up there
reading the thoughts of old thinkers
and thinking about the thinker's thoughts
and thinking about the thoughts said thinker's thoughts caused me, a new thinker, to think!
and wondering exactly what these thoughts mean
and how they affect life
i do love philosophy
