I really like the shading work on this one. Even the lighter parts are pretty dark overall, but the actual shadowed areas are dark enough for good contrast. I don't know exactly what an Art deco poster is, but this reminds me a lot of early 1900's stuff. The car in the background is a bit less impressive than the one in the front, but I think that's mostly because there's less shading contrast. I'm a little curious about the symbolism of the skulls? Also, the lit parts of the train are brighter than the moon, which I find odd.
Overall, there are a few details that I can nitpick, but I think the picture as a whole is quite strong.
