“I See You”

Tyrannosaurus rex. An acrylic painting of Helusha, tracking down a Pachycephalosaurus he injured earlier that day, spotting the viewer from the distance instead.

The original idea for the setting of this piece was for it to be set in the remains of a burnt forest (a setting used in some recent pieces involving Helushka), but I decided to set this up in a muggy forest instead.

It had been a while since I had done a horror-themed inspired piece of paleoart, so I decided to paint this up. Another reason behind the creation of this piece is that I want this to be turned into a sculpture at some point. The title as well is a Lord of the Rings reference.

Completed in late July 2022.

Done using acrylics, color pencils, and Photoshop 2021.
