Description "The Fishers" (B/W)

Spinosaurus aegyptiacus, Coloborhynchus clavirostris, generic turtle, generic crocodyliform. My current work in progress. featuring a huge spinosaur fishing in a swamp. She eyes a pterosaur, the Coloborhynchus, which does the same to the spinosaur.

It's been stuck in limbo for a few weeks now because of my finals (which are two days from now) but once I'm done with 'em, I'm gonna airbrush this baby.

Now, from doing this, I can understand why many paleoartists don't depict distinct reflections like I tried to do here; its a real bitch, that's why. Had to use a huge mirror and an old Baryonyx figurine I have to get it right.

Hopefully, it'll come out like my previous airbrush paintings

Also note the pterosaur on the spinosaur's tail .

Quite nice, though the reflection of Spinosaurus' bottom seems to be a bit high up in the air. His tail is also a bit too wavy I think, as he would need it for balance.
