Nice job with the stitching, I cant even tell. This is a great capture, though I think it might also look cool if you had positioned the camera closer to the ground to give sort of a feeling like your sitting there. Still I like this.

to tell you the truth i wasn't thinking about the composition much (very much an amateur) i was just out hiking and came across this view which just sort of hit me so i decided to try a few shots.

Great focus job, and interesting colours. I'd love to see you work with FULL b/w or FULL colour, not this half blue half sepia stuff.. (well from what you've showed me, thats what im seeing).. by i like this image. Appealing to the eye, very moody and kind of romantic. (Sorry, im using the old usage of "romantic", meaning very emotional and moody etc.)

i think this is the best photograph you have in your gallery! it's absolutely a very nice panorama shot
the sky makes the whole scene look even better with the clouds. nice shot!

wow it feels like one of those nature shows where they speed up the sky changing, it's really strange.

it's kind of desaturated, i just added another layer on top with dark blue almost black and set it to colour blend, and you get that sort of monochrome look.

it's a great effect anyway!

I'll have to try that sooner or later on one of my pics...
but before that I'll need to find some beautiful cluds as you did!

awesome!
I've thought about doing something like this before but my wife doesn't have a tripod.
and I'll prolly never get one, so it be cool if you did so.

anyways, how much of the sky did you get with this?
I was thinking it would be amazing to take 8 total shots of the entire sky, completeing a 360 degree circle, and then stitching them togetther side by side like you did here.

please let me know if you ever do decide to do so.

again, great shot...

i don't have a tripod either (i have a monopod which i bought in Andorra for 17 euros while i was there) but for this one i just found a flat patch of ground and stood as rigid as possible both fett together. then i held the camera at about eye tucked my elbows into my chest and just turned on the spot using the lcd screen on the camera to look for reference points.

i've also thought about just doing the entire sky and at some stage i'll try it when i get a tripod- the only problems, i can think of are that there are no distinct reference points such as trees etc to work with but anyway i'll give it ago, it's perfect where i live because i'm surrounded by flat fields- boring for landscapes but great for skyscapes
