Ahhh thank you! I actually debated for a long time about the colors and how saturated to keep them... in the end I desaturated it immensely and your comment makes me confident I made the right choice

It was pleasant to see this image, but for a variety of reasons. Not only do I like the image at first glance, but I feel it really helps articulate a style of yours as an artist. In the title, you hint at a conflicted, potentially lonely or torn character. When seeing the image, it perfectly captures that. It captures it so well, I find myself relating with this character even though it is a canine. The choice of stock for this piece compliment each other and you framed the wolf's emotion very well. The dark background on the right side of the image helps bring focus to the character and also hints at a very tumultuous situation or mood. The fog helps add to this mystery.
Overall you're doing a great job. A lot of your art is like this. It speaks to people, and with that I think you're an amazing artist that will produce many wonderful pieces going forward.
