Picture for my BF5eva (that's more than 4ever) Jake's birthday which was actually last month! Thanks to everyone who wished him a happy birthday! He loved the wishes and pictures and when he excited told everyone about your heartfelt wishes, they blankly looked him in the eyes and said "It's your birthday?PS: Cody actually baked a...um..."special" cake for Jake which he loved. BECAUSE WHY WOULD'T HE?! It was cream filled.
PS: Hahaha, lookit those unlogical number of party poppers going off...
