This is from the Yebisu(Ebisu) garden place in Tokyo.

They were in Yebisu many many times in HYD.Just like u said when Domyouji waited Makino but also when Domyouji kissed that girl(dont remember her name^^).And also when Domyouji and Hanazawa and other were fighting.
