With the standard airbrush tool on SAI. ;3;

Well, I mainly use SAI, but I used to use photoshop, so a lot of my tricks are based on what I used to do in photoshop, but are adapted to SAI.  I also use OpenCanvas1.1 and MS Paint XP from time to time too.
