nice use of color, but you may want to watch out with light direction in the background... with such a strong directional presence left to right , the thicker light stream in the back ground (to the right of the center) is pointing the wrong way unless the forest as an oddly shaped gash in it, all the rays of light should come from the same source "sun" or "light bulb"... the devil is in the details, also the smaller light rays that go off to the right from center, pointing out and down are fine, but unless a reflective surface is involved, like water from a pond/lake, or your looking directly at the light source, like looking out of a dark forest through a hole in the trees or a path, light rays will almost never shoot upwards. But again its food for thought, I do like the warm colors coming in and that patch of bright mold? on the tree trunk. Dont forget to highlight branches and leaves some of them will intercept that light source too good job
