Not exactly sure what she's wearing. I had originally wanted to do some type of futuristic or Sonic Riders look and I decided to just go with whatever came out of it

I decided to try the shiny eye look!
(Hopefully it came out looking like that...)

I also wanted to make the background transparent, I do realize there's a few specks of pink over in the corner and trust me, they bother me just as much as they bother you! I tried going back and fixing it and my stupid program stopped working
