You do a lot better than me when it comes to drawing; I can only draw something like yours when I have some reference picture. XD Since they're copycat pictures, I don't post them up really.

I'm guessing you used colored pencils? I see the the simple shading by adding a darker layer of the same color and the simple strokes to make the grass, which kind of hints it for me.

It's not the way the anime draws the Leafeon, but it's your unique style, so it has a cute side that many can enjoy. I like your style the most when it works with the cute scenes as it is meant to be.

One thing I can mention that is something you can work on is the ears. I personally got confused at the white notch patterns on what looked to be solid ears like you find on Eevee, only for me to realize after I compared the official artwork that those white marks were actually the notches and you had only inked the line work.

Did you forgot to erase the bits of the ear to make the feeling of torn notches in the leafy ears or was that part intentional?

Also... You've missed the tufts of green(like the back tuft) at the elbow joints of the Leafeon's legs. I don't know if you wanted to know that. *sweatdrops*

Anyway - Keep it up. It's not at a high level yet, but you make the pictures your own.

Hello Amy,

This Picture is really pretty.

- The Motive is really cute and lovly. I especially like the Position of the ears!

- My fsvourite is by far the really deep Expression of luck in his/her face.

- I like the Little Details, especially on the tail

- I can only assume what the Background besides the grass is supposed to be (Sound mean I know). Still, I really like it. It makes the main Picture even prettier.

- The light reflexes looking good to and the colouring is good too

As for advice to doing better, I really can not help you. It sure isnt perfect, but very good. You need to ask more experienced Artist in order to get help to improve.

I watched a little bit older drawing of Leaveon you did. Since you said you have a hard time drawing her a couple of weeks ago, this Looks pretty impressive. So, seems like you improve really fast. Keep on doing that!

The Picture is all in all really cute and lovly (wanted to say that as my ending sentence)
