I present you with Alexandria and her Barn Owl wings!
I SEMI have a story planned out for her, if not a proper story, then more ideas will pop up to make sense for the story.
(Also this bird girl is paired with Cyborg 002 Jet Link~)

Before Cyborg Transformation:
Alexandria had owned a Owl Sanctuary back in her home town in Greece. It was a family owned Sanctuary for different species of Owls and other avian birds that her father and mother had helped as well. Black Ghost had came and offered (and or threatened) to take the birds for experimentation or lie about offering a chance to expand on their Sanctuary funding for expansion. Alexandria did not have the Viligito but has the genes from her family line that came up when experiments were made on her. Alexandria is someone who cares much about animals and people around her, she had a very gentle and caring soul then and was even in a relationship at one point.

Cyborg Experimentation History:
Alexandria here was part of the Mythos Cyborg Line Under the name ΑΘΕ - Alpha Theta Epsilon (Or maybe even Athena since I'm basing her off The Owl of Athena) She was to be paired with Artemis as a cyborg who scouted and gained intelligence. I pretty much came up with the AU that Artemis was her mother that Black Ghost had kidnapped as well. Doctor Gaia only took the handful of cyborgs to work on as he left Alexandria behind due to her stubborn personality and how the experimentation on her affected her skin and hair pigmentation from the mutation they had experimented with her with in working to make her grow wings with various bird mutations from her family's Owl Sanctuary. Her abilities include flight, keen vision along with sonic voice pulses to push back enemies. Her flaws are she does not fair well in rainy weather or when struck by lightning leaving her immobile. She has tried to escape multiple times but kept having her shocked to stop her. She was put in cryogenic sleep until they had the technology to alter her thinking process and planned to make her stronger for her to be more formidable in aerial combat.

The Adventures of The 009 Crew:
Alexandria was rescued by 002 from out of her Cryogenic state (because she kept trying to fly away during test runs and her personality would not alter to that in the mid set of a god) when they began to gather the other members. She is still very self conscious about her skin and the way she looks, taking in assumption that her parents are long gone she fights in hopes that black ghost can never take away more people and end up like her. She very much dislikes what came to her and wishes to be rid of her wings. She wears a harness to keep her wings down in public along with wearing makeup and eye contacts. She usually tries to get along with the others seeing as they're the same as her, but as she does get along she is actually friendly and tends to act very sisterly towards everyone. She eventually tries to open up more towards Jet since the first line of Cyborgs don't really know much about her (and also he looks like a freaking bird lets just admit that). When Cyborg 0011 shows up, I have also yet again came up with the AU that he is the father that was wanting to go back to his family that Black Ghost is keeping hostage to little to his acknowledgement that his wife and daughter had been turned into Cyborgs as well. (This woman is dealing with a lot of emotional loss at this point)
