a treasure trove! the reason i like the golden ink work so much is that it clearly defines the undefined. it doesn't make it more defined, it shows that it is not defined or definable. what you have here is the artist's reinterpretation overlayered onto the original artwork. a sort of art plus meta-art in one. anyway the effect is marvelous. beautiful colors

Art plus meta art! Thats an interesting way to discribe it. Thank you for your critique Mr Schneider! I had a thought while painting some new pictures yesterday - they are yet to be bejeweled in gold finery so i was thinking it was like building a stage on which to set my golden worlds. The possibilities are endless!
