We don't have midterms here in my uni but one professor once let us give the midterm exam, it was great for us. Otherwise, it's just the final term exams and a project in some subjects.

And happy to know you are living, this is all that counts. If you are living, you will find a way to fight back all the time. And since you have done it so many times, I have no doubt that you will do great.
