Eeeeeey~ I finished him Anywho. This is Ellery, Ilana's older brother. He's the son of the dryads, total cat lover (he's never met a cat who didn't like him--seriously he's basically a giant scratching post with unlimited affection and attention to dole out) and is based on a yew tree. Which means he plucks all his leaves in the mornings because they are poisonous, and since he takes care of tiny cats all the time, it would be dangerous if one ate some of his leaves by accident. Though he keeps the moss up in his branches cause he feels kinda bald without it XD Ellery is mostly deaf, caused by wood burrowing larvae when he was a wee sapling, so he communicates mostly through sign. He does have hearing aids (though doesn't always like to wear them because they make his ears feel buzzy), but, since he's 91 (roughly 17-18 in normal peeps years), he's had a lot of practice with lip reading. He understands people pretty well; it's people understanding him that tends to be the problem. He's largely uncomfortable with the way his voice sounds so is not one for talking much and greatly prefers to sign. He's very quiet, and nervous around new people. :3 El and Lana's last name is still pending. Would gladly take suggestions XD
