Paraphrazing words from Jimi Hendrix' "Hear My Train a Comin' " song...As for this line, that should sound like "hear my train will never came", since it's now abandoned.
Decayed and desolate city regions somehow reminds me Lovecraft's "Shadow over Innsmouth".
