i draw by hand on a piece of paper, and then scan the image into my computer and color with Adobe Photoshop

I love Photoshop, but its the only art program I've ever used. I cant give a comparison of what's better, I only know what works for me.

The version I got was $180.00 I think, but it's outdated now. I need to get a newer one now.

You can always print it out (by Right-Clicking) and color it by hand.
