Curious as to what inspired it?

The Russian State has been spreading falsehoods and hate speech against Ukrainians, to brainwash Russians into supporting and committing atrocity crimes against the people of Ukraine, crimes such as bombing residential apartment buildings, schools and hospitals and killing civilians. Putin has been following the recipe used by Adolph Hitler's Nazi regime against Jews before and during the holocaust, he is trying to "dehumanize" Ukrainians. It seems Russians need to be reminded of the universal declarations of human rights - article 1: "All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights."
