Oh. my. god. This episode broke my Anisoka heart. T_T This was by far the BEST and SADDEST season finale.
I loved it so much, but I wish they would've at least hugged. Their little conversation was beautiful... in my opinion. I'm writing an alternative ending chapter as we speak because I got that inspired, lol. I fear that Ahsoka may not come back next season, but let's hope...

Mine, too. T_T That's how I was able to justify her leaving. I wouldn't stay if no one trusted me with the exception of one person. Barriss was like her best friend, aside from Anakin, and she betrayed Ahsoka. I wouldn't stay there either.
I NEVER expected Barriss to be at fault from the get-go, but after watching last week's episode, I feared that she was the master mind and she was... I never would've expected someone of her character to be this corrupted, but I guess things happen to those who we least expect it to happen to... I know! I liked the friendship they had in previous episodes. For Barriss to essentially screw Ahsoka over was painful to realize. T_T

Barriss spoke true, the Order and the Republic is corrupted. In my mind Barriss was confused and angry that the stupid war was going on like was. No one was trying to end it anymore, she saw the Jedi falling to the dark side and with trying to save it, she fell to the dark side as well.
Man, season 5 made me so freaking emotional. That I had to write another fanfic just so I could be happy.

She did speak the truth, but ended up corrupting herself more. Barriss acted sort of... childish, in my opinion. It wasn't like her. I mean, who keeps Sith sabers in your room where ANYONE could find them? I loved how Anakin went about discovering what she'd done.
lol, awe. I thought the season sucked... up until the last four episodes, at least.

She did act kinda childish, but if you think about it, she was still sorta a child when the war started. That's gonna be harder for her and the younger jedi who knew the war more than they did of peace. As was Ahsoka who spent pretty much all of her padawan days in war. The Jedi should look at themselves, and try to help the younger generation.

Actually, she's Anakin's age. She appears younger than she truly is in the Clone War to be closer in age to Ahsoka. That's very true. I agree with your last statement as well. They should focus more on the younger generation.

They should, what do they think that the younger generation, who only really knew of the voilence and horrors of the war are gonna bounce back like the Jedi who were around during times of peace?

I know I'm a little too old to cry over a cartoon, but... I just can't stop... For me that was the worst thing that could have happened! I just can't deal with this. Now for sure they will make her go to l.. I REALLY hate that guy!

Well, I'm glad you did! I know! I was really upset and I didn't think I'd want to do anything relative to the Clone Wars again, but, as you just said, imagination overcomes the writers' ideas. You should definitely write, dear!! Everyone has an amazing imagination. If your biggest issue is your English, I'd love to help out.

I sort of knew that she was going to leave. Especially when the Council stripped her of her rank. I just thought "Even if Anakin DOES find out who really did it, Ahsoka won't stay with the Jedi." I've been thinking about what I would do if I was in her position and I think I would leave too. I'm not sure how to put it into words. I just don't know if I'd be able to trust the Order again, especially after how they accused her without doing a proper investigation. I don't know, I'm sad that this season ended this way, but I'm also happy for Ashoka because now she may be able to escape the fate of the other Jedi.

I had the feeling she would leave, but I'd really hoped she wouldn't. I agree with that statement. The way the Council went about doing the things they did was inaccurate and I would not be so trusting of them either if I were in her position. I wish there had been more to their parting, but I agree... I'm sad that it ended like this. Well, let's hope she can escape it. I certainly hope she does.

I was shocked that she did that to Anakin, but it made sense. Who wants to be in an environment where only one of your friends really trusted you? I wish she hadn't left completely though.

Same here. But I guess it did make sense. It was one of the most touching episodes, but also one of the saddest to where I've now cried twice this season and they're the only times I have ever cried during CW episodes. I still can't believe she actually gave up being a Jedi.

Me too! I was speechless, just staring at the TV with tears streaming down my face. I wish Anakin had given her a good-bye hug or something. When Ahsoka walked away, my brother had to stop me from banging my head against the wall due to the stress and shock of Ahsoka not being a Padawan anymore. I think I could handle with her leaving if I knew that she was garunteed her place in the Order again, but I wonder if we'll ever see her use her lightsabers again.
