Hello guys!
This time I wanted to do some Ancient Egypt/Logicshipping fanart because it's been so long since I don't draw them in their Egyptian incarnations and I think I need to do some more Ancient Egypt/Logicshipping because there aren't enough fanart of Pharaoh Seto and Isis in this fandom *cries a lot*
Anyway, this one is based on Sally's song from Tim Burton's classic movie Nightmare Before Christmas. I think this song suits Isis situation so perfectly! Because when Set is coronated as the new Pharaoh, he doesn't feel ready for the task, 'cause he never wanted to be Pharaoh in the first place (and that's the reason he fought with his own father about it) and he didn't even knew he was of royal blood. He basically grew up believing he was a commoner his whole life, so it was a great shock for him. Also because he was feeling depressed after witnessing the death of the woman he loved and the deaths of his priest colleagues, so he was really traumatized by everything that happened and now, as a Pharaoh, the burden on his shoulders is even greater because now he has the mission to rebuild the country from the ashes and turn Egypt powerful again while having to deal with enemy civilizations and problems within his own country.
Isis, one of the only survivors of the tragedy involving Bakura and Zorc feels so bad for Set for seeing him in such a state. She understands his pain and sorrow better than anyone, as she also lost her friends and the man she loved (Mahad) in the battle, but she knows that Set's suffering is bigger because now he is the King of the Two Lands and has a greater responsibility on his shoulders. She had saw how brave he was in the battle and how he fought bravely and remained loyal to Atem 'til the end and now seeing him on this state was something that deeply hurt her inside, so she tries to help him out, by giving him comfort and trying to give him wise advices. And then, she slowly starts to fall for him, but she fears her love is unreciprocated, as she thinks Set will never learn how to love again after losing Kisara and also because she can't be with him because she is a daughter of merchants and doesn't have noble blood, so she can't marry the Pharaoh, technically.
So this song describes her situation perfectly! As she is wondering if Set notices her feelings for him and she wonders what will become of him and where his actions will lead the people of Egypt. And also of course, in the end, she wonders if they will ever end up together, but she comes to the conclusion they can never be together because she thinks he will never love again and also because he is the Pharaoh and she is a commoner. Really sad, huh? But don't worry! Isis get to marry him in the end, as Set also learns how to love her over time and chooses her as his Great Royal Wife 
Anyway I hope you guys liked it

This song indeed suits her greately taking under consideration the way you drew her, gazing over him.
Indeed it should be hard for her too to realize that she gets to have feelings for someone else because
she too needed some time to get over Mahad's death. However I think she was more willing to let love in
her heart once more, or else she couldn't help it. I love it how she hides behind the pillar and watching over
him. It almost resembles of the teens that spy on their crushes, well, if the situation wasn't so serious
I adore her clothes and the details of her hair. Her eyes look so sad and full of concern!

The Pharaoh's clothes are amazing on him indeed and well done for adding even the detail of the cordon

since not only the crown is a heavy object on its own, but it is also a grand responsibility!) He seems so thoughtful

Yep, the song really suits her
Yeah, she also suffered with Mahad's death, but I think she would overcome his death better than Set with Kisara and she would be willing to accept more easily the fact that she's in love again. Of course, at the beggining she would find it strange and even feel a little guilty, but over time she would come to accept it better than Set. (Because it's her who tries to help him to overcome Kisara's death, so it means she is emotionally stronger than him. And also because she already knows that Mahad would have wanted her to be happy again, and that's what she keeps saying to Set). In this image, she had already overcome Mahad's death and she is completely given to her feelings for Set, and that's why she's suffering by the fact he can't notice her feelings and she fears he can never love her back. Set, on the other hand, takes more time to fully overcome Kisara's death and accept the fact that he is in love again and that's why it makes Isis feel so anguished. But when he finally overcomes Kisara's death because of Isis's help and notices his feelings for her going stronger, then it will be HIM trying to seduce her while Isis tries to run away because she thinks she's not worthy and that he needs to marry a noble woman instead

Set is worried and depressed after everything that happened with Zorc, about Kisara's and his colleague's deaths and because now he is sitting in a throne he didn't wanted to. He is not feeling prepared for being Pharaoh and he has a lot of problems to deal with, both inside and outside of his mind.
Isis wants to help him the best way she can, because she understands his pain better than anyone else because she too, lost the man she loved and her friends and she is suffering by seeing him suffer. She ends up falling in love with him, but she fears her love is unciprocated, as she thinks Set will never learn to love anybody else after Kisara and also because he is the Pharaoh, Horus incarnated and she is a simple daughter of merchants and she thinks she is not worthy of him. That's why the song from Nightmare Before Christmas suits her so much. Because she is wondering if Set notices her feelings for him and she also wonders what will become of him and where his actions as Pharaoh will lead the people of Egypt. In the end she wonders if they'll ever end up together but she comes to the conclusion they can never be together because his heart is broken and he is the Pharaoh and she is a commoner.
Of course in the end, Set also falls for her and chooses her as his Great Royal Wife and everything goes well for them

Of course he would since Zorc almost destroyed the world. If you put it that way he currently has a lot on his mind. Maybe that is where someone like Isis can help relieve some of the stress. It is like they are suffering together in a way because of similiar things and people. I haven't really seen that movie, but I hear it is good. Wow maybe it is Isis who has more on her mind then Seto.

Yes he really has A LOT o hid mind. Not only his personal problems but also the problems from the whole country. He practically needs to rebuild Egypt from the ashes and make it powerful again, but enemy civilizations such as the Nubians and the Hitites are seeing this as an opportunity to attack and the nobility is conspiring against the new Pharaoh for power. So he not only needs to deal with his traumas, he has a whole country and lots of lives on his hands!
It really isn't easy...
Yeah, the two are suffering together but Isis knows Set is suffering more than her, because he now is the Pharaoh and has a lot more to worry about.
Believe me, it is Set who has more on his head than Isis and she knows that! Because he has big responsibilities on his hands now.

She'll help him overcome his fears and help him the best way she can, also proving to him that she's the perfect woman to take the throne as his queen. (Not only because he starts to really love her, but also because he sees she's really capable of helping him rule Egypt)

It is almost as if she helps shape him into the Pharaoh he is to become, because of the certain problems he is dealing with. Wisdom is an important thing when trying to rule a country.

And yes, he needs all the help he can get from Isis and she's going to do her best to help him, which makes their relationship grow stronger and stronger. Yes, he was a priest and he never imagined he would climb to the throne one day, so he has no idea what to do now that this responsibility is his. He has watched Atem as he ruled Egypt but even so, it's totallty different to be ON the throne, making decisions by himself. As a priest he only advised the Pharaoh, but now HE is the Pharaoh and this is completely different.
