I did a little fan art of Nita and Kenai from Brother Bear. Since I am such a big fan and adore both the films and the couple. Hope you enjoy it.

I really wish Kenai stayed a human at the end of Brother Bear.

I would have liked the ending better if he was able to be both a bear and a human, you know, like a shapeshifter. I found it really upsetting that he wouldn't be able to speak to his brother or Tanana again. The same goes for Nita at the end of BB2 because she wouldn't be able to speak to her family again.

No gonna lie, if it wasn't a kids movie that probably would've been the best way to end BB1 and BB2 but it was a Disney movie and they needed to make the ending 'happy' and 'simple'.
Did you know there was an alternate ending to BB2 where Kenai became a human again, it's existence was mentioned by Disney but was never released on DVD. Made me wonder about what Koda may have said to convince him.
I'm actually planning a fanfic with the whole shapeshifter ending of BB1 and writing about how it would affect the story of BB2.

True, true. It is quite common to see the alternative 'Koda becoming human' and who knows maybe that was a part of the alternate ending to BB2, but since it's never been shown, we may never know. Hey did you know that Denahi was originally going to be Kenai's father, but was instead portrayed as his older brother.

Yeah, it would. Although that would be assuming that the movie would be played out the same way, just with Denahi in a different.

Not gonna lie, if Denahi was Kenai's father in the movie, my sympathy for him would've skyrocketed to unimaginable heights. I felt awful for him in the movie with both his brothers being 'dead' (At least in his mind), and I can only imagine the horror he must've felt when he realised the bear he had been hunting was his little brother.
Not gonna lie though, the plot of the movie wouldn't have happened if he'd kept his mouth shut, and didn't insult Kenai to the point where he ran off to kill the bear by himself.

Well he was the one who said that 'Kenai messes everything up', and was the one who told Sitka that Kenai had to get the basket himself, then he had the nerve to say that he blamed Kenai for Sitka's death.

Yeah despite all that, I felt completely awful for him after Kenai's transformation when he finds Kenai's ripped parka and remembers the last thing he said to his brother was that he blamed him for Sitka's death. And the scene on the mountain where he's by the fire and he apologises to his brother's totem, had me in tears.

I haven't seen Brother Bear in a really long time, so I don't remember all the scenes. But you're right, it sounds very sad.

I'm glad SOMEONE actually likes these two as a couple. I'm highly against the KenaixPocahontas ship. These are one of my favorite Disney couples!

Yes, me too, it it's so wrong!! As if people aren't arguing enough about Disney couples, I just wish they'd let Kenai and Nita stay as they are, they are so perfect together. I am so highly against KenaixPocahontas ship. I hate it!
