I guess I can say this is a personal NPC...?

This is Siretha's younger brother, that for now will be called Zayin (a greek letter of the alphabet: ζ (zeta)).

He has no eyebrows or "hair". But scales grow on his shoulders, and on his back, starting between the spatulas and go down to the tail.
Doesn't have teeth except for the two poisonous fangs. Has a forked tongue, and can slightly displace lower jaw (he swallows food whole).
Is a little smaller than his sister.
(still don't know where to put his family's tattoos...)

He is very shy and introverted, almost never speaks unless you are part of his family or know him VERY well...
Most of the time he is with Siretha (or partially hiding behind her, trying to go unnoticed). They preform together on the streets of Neema (or any place where they can earn some money, really), he plays the flute or the drums for his sister's dancing. He is also a great contortionist, but doesn't perform outside of his village because he is so shy.
Is very skillful with his hands, and distracts himself making small handiwork, and some tasks.
