i don't really care if its stolen knowing it is a shame i like all the art in the gallery. Even if she didn't draw it. shes not saying she did or whining about it. It would be nice if she gave credit but she's not really hurting anyone or being a jerk.
(Or she is just making a png of the actually picture)

Dude it's not okay to try to publicly humiliate people when you think they're plagiarizing, you should talk to the artists and the people involved in private. Especially since you don't understand what's happening. She's not stealing it, she's making it transparent, so that people can like do other things with it like post it on their blog or turn it into a collage. This drawing is by Joanne young, and I've messaged her a bunch of times before because I would ask her if I could try to copy from her for practice or I would tell her when people were taking credit for her work and let me tell you, she does not care. She's the kind of artist who likes to see her work inspire people. So like, chill out and stop embarrassing yourself.
