This is a beautiful photo..I say this because I really like it.The contrast is good, her eyes stand out very good, B&W is probably the best choice you could've made.
I like the way the white from her eyes can be seen..Her face is also very expressive, takes me thinking about that way of doing the upset and not talking to you face, if you get it, followed by a huge smile..and silly gesture..at least that's the scenario I make when I look at the picture..
Anyway, I also like the white stains that's probably from the window but gives the photo a nice effect..

I like the foreground relection to the focal background. What is she thinking I wonder? That of course is it's seduction.
