Here is Kimmy carrying his little (half-)brother ! Kimmy is another main character from the story I'm trying to develop.

My goal was to paint something as "soft" as possible and I must say I'm quite glad with this rendering !! Of course it's not perfect but the style makes the scene appear even cuter in my humble opinion.

By the way I'm quite bothered because I realised the photo reference I used (www.ebay.com/itm/294000376067 ) is copyrighted and is even for sell on ebay.
I'm confused about the artists' rights when they use photo references to draw realistic poses. Do they really need permission every time, even though the painting is not similar? :/
