Keiichi Morisato was home alone....
He had been home alone for some days, as his beloved had gone back to Heaven for another round of 'relicensing'..as she called it...so except for their toddler twins...who were in bed, fast asleep and quiet(for once)..Keiichi had decided to keep himself occupied by looking through some old photographs.
He had a good time looking through all the old photos, remembering the stories each and every one of them told, and reliving each and every moment happy and sad....and then he came across a certain photograph..
It was a photo of his wife, dressed in a summer dress, with her lovely brown hair flowing around her, her lovely blue eyes shining...and a gentle smile on her face.
He had seen that photo many times..had seen that smile many times..but looking at it right now...he thought to himself that his always lovely wife looked really....beautiful and happy.
Indeed, he thought...this is my favourite photo....no..memory of my wife.
He smiled gently at the picture....as if responding to his beloved's smile.
Goddess First Class, second category unlimited Verthandi, otherwise known as Belldandy, materialzed quietly through the window in her children's bedroom.She noted that (for once!) both Hotaru and Hime were fast asleep,and not giving their father too much trobule (though when they woke up , that was another matter).She touched their faces gently...and went in search of her husband.
She found him in their sitting room looking intently at a photo. She gently and queitly crept up behind him, and saw that he was looking at an old photograph of her, and he was smiling with so much love and affection at it.
She smiled gently at her dear husband, then put her arms around him and kissed him on the cheek.
He turned round, looked at her, and smiled in greeting.
And together..they looked at more photos...and more memories....for a little while longer.
