Skingrad is probably my favorite cities in Oblivion. It wasn't the first I went to but it was my Favorite fallowed closely by Anvil! Wonderful work I must say!

I'm seriously amazed and seriously feeling nostalgic because it's been a while since I last played.
It's a great picture. Wonderfully detailed, imposing and just the right kind of beautiful.
