sorry dude but the effect looks like it is raining upwards, no matter what you say Β the final produc looks inverted.

oh by the way as a photographer you need to know how to adjust your settings and your flash duration to make it look correct

Haha, OK, then. I say this by experience. Not from my own work, but I've seen countless studio photoshoots from different pro photographers with "studio rain/shower" like that, and the effect always look the same; though it is only visible on a dark background, like in Anastasya's picture.
Here, I've gathered some low-resolution samples from seven different photosets from MetArt, with "studio rain/shower", by two of the top MetArt photographers: Rylsky and Antonio Clemens. I'll see that in all of the photos, the water drops are more shiny at the top and fainter at the bottom: www.turboimagehost.com/album/1β¦ .
You may have to click on "Original Image Size", on the upper left, to see the effect clearly. The effect is more visible in the three Night A's photos, where she's dressing a colorful dress.
