I don't like Matt in old TDG's songs, because I think that only Adam can sing it with true emotions. So, I didn't like Matt.
But when I've heard "painkiller" - yeah, it's awesome 
He is really good in his own songs. Still not good as Adam, I think, but thousand times better than before.
