mikkis2k, in the C:\Windows\Resources\Themes folder open aero.theme with notepad, search the line [VisualStyles], edit Path=%ResourceDir%\Themes\Aero\Aero.msstyles with Path=%ResourceDir%\Themes\CrystalSystemaBlue\CrystalSystemaBlue.msstyles, save it with name CrystalSystemaBlue.theme and copy it in folder C:\Windows\Resources\Themes. Copy in this style CrystalSystemaBlue folder and all his content also.
Double click CrystalSystemaBlue.theme, and make your own customizations colors. Works perfectly.

think you forgot a file.. there should be a folder with your theme - "crystalblue", that has these files in it, and there should be a "crystalblue.theme" file that should be outside that folder.... theme not working.
