Description
This is the new D.I.C.E. character, Jay Maxwell. He is the Commander of Fortress A-01. He first appears in Season 3, Episode 11 (all D.I.C.E. seasons beyond Season 2 are M-U [made-up] by me). His Dinobreaker is Supremoptera, who looks like Hoverptera, but with some spiky parts on its wings, and his basic Power Color for his Gildsuit, RADOC morpher, and Dinobreaker is maroon (dark red). I used Paint.NET to trace him from his character model screenshot (see below).

If anyone seeing this wants D.I.C.E. to come back as a DVD re-release, or if anyone has any D.I.C.E. character/Dinobreaker images to share, please let me know! I STILL compare D.I.C.E. to Power Rangers, even today!

Full body art of him, as well as his Gildsuit design (based on Capt. Spike's Gildsuit, but without the hat), RADOC, and Dinobreaker (see above description of it) is acceptable. If you want to know what character design he uses, he is based on Sosuke Sagara from Full Metal Panic. Enjoy!
