My entry for 's Jirachi contest.It took awhile to get it done but it was worth taking my time..and now I really love the results.I was experimenting with it and I also tried a different shading technique.I might start doing that with all of my drawings from now on.
Anyway the Shiny Scraggy is my Pokesona(Sometimes I draw her as a Scraggy instead of a Scrafty quite a lot),She caught a shooting star and her awesome friend is going to grant her a wish or something like that...
