EDIT: Well, I fixed the talonhand. AS PROMISED.Sailor Neptune, in all her girly glory. I really wanted to draw something bubbly and girly and... well, this sprung up. Then I figured that hey, I might as well colour this. Bluhhh...
So, I tried to pay attention to the inking and the colours here... (as per Shoomlah's youtube videos) but there really isn't much I can say about it at this point - I re-coloured her about 3 times, and I think it's time to put this doodle to bed, so to speak.

The colors looks awesome, you're really getting the hang of it. I never would have guessed this was Neptune she's usually so refined, but who's to say she can't be bubbly? Which senshi was your favorite?

Looks awesome and very Disney-like, yet also special! 
Though I do agree that that hand looks a bit strange, I would go for softer lines in those fingers.

looks great but the right hand looks a little bit funky, it looks like a crazy claw of some sort....but over all the rest of the image looks great...
