Warning this may contain SPOILER to yugioh fans you haven't seen Capsule MonstersWell its finally up, though after i posted the background i went and fixed it up a bit. Makes me feel like it keeps up with the bg better. If you haven't guessed it yet, that's Joey, and no the design is not mine. Joey officially goes half redeyes in the Capsule Monster subseries. And he looks so awsome...evil yes... but awsome.
I'm actually pleased with how the top part of the wings came out (long live the burn tool!!) and the weapon. Still fill the chest is a little flat. Oh Well.

It was impossible for me to find a decent pic of Dartz's lower body. And everyone seemed to be drawing that design on his skirtish-thing a couple different ways... xD;

Isn't there a scene where Yugi bonds with his Black Luster Soldier? Man, I love the way Kazuki Takahashi draws that complex, ornate armour style ^_^

Yep near the end of the series when they have to battle the dragons. Man the detail on monsters and deul armour are so awsome. I think that is one reason I really like about the show. Have you notice also how they draw the characters more detailed through the progressing series?

It's often the way animated series go. When they're just starting out, art style and voice talent are always a little wony compared to later on in a series. Y'ever notice how soft spoken and good looking everybody is in Duelist Kingdom, but how everybody's yelling and has a face that looks like it's been scratched up by an angry cat in Battle City? What the hell is that all about? D:

hmmm. hadn't noticed that but yeah they do start yelling a lot more don't they. Once their confidence is boosted, they stop being quiet I guess. I'll keep an eye on it if they repeat Battle City. I really want them to repeat Waking the Dragons series, I missed most of Joey's matches.
