Yes this is fanart! It's from Yugioh, but I don't think it has appeared in the series. It's one of the dragon yugioh cards, and I know because I have one and it's really kuul!The background was done on the computer, but the main centre piece was done by hand so I have includded it in traditional art.

Ahhh, one of my first cards~!! I run the original version of both Luster Dragons in my main deck, from way before they were given numbers to differentiate between one another. The emerald one is nicknamed Rayner, after my favorite Green Lantern, Kyle Rayner. The sapphire one is Ferris, after Green Lantern's enemy, Carol Ferris/Star Sapphire.
This is a VERY lovely rendition of one of my all time faorite monster cards ^___ _^
