В романе Линдгрен дома были попроще, это уже столичные особняки. Я жил в Калининграде, сзади длинного (7подъездов) 2-3 этажного дома был сад . Мне кажется, он глубиной метров 40, с той стороны к нему примыкал такой же. То есть там не одно дерево помещалось. Надо взять Гугль, померить (ул. Шиллера).
