I almost fell off my chair when they started showing off their muscles in the meat-shop and then shook each other's hands, the best thing was the caption "Friendship born from muscles" that moment really made my day XD

That arm-wrestling match was awesome! I thought it'd be over when Ku-chan smashed his hand into the table, but Negi-kun went and pwn'd her back... way to pull through!
I told a friend about this scene (she's not really a Negima fan) and she asked if Negi's hand would have been disintegrated... I laughed. xD

Do I have bad taste or what XD You are the second person who likes this scene better than the other one (which I like) But yeah both are awesome.
I read spoilers so I knew that Negi would win but... Ku-chan seriously surprised me there, she must have trained Really a lot. I was laughing hard when the guests started thinking she is a Female Bodyguard who pwned some criminal organization XD She was working hard alright. Still she was no match for Magia Erebea, Negi looks badass when he's using it.
Since she isn't Negima's fan and didn't saw what Negi is capable of I can understand her concern XD Ku Fei's attack smashed the floor!! But Negi wasn't even very fazed by it, he was just surprised by Ku's power. He is turning into a proper badass alright ^^

To be frank... Akamatsu-sensei beat majority of the shonen-mangakas at this too. Majority of the shonen characters doesn't change very much. They stay the same during the whole mang, while Negi changes becoming more and more awesome. I have a feeling that one of the reasons Akamatsu-sensei is using those age-deceiving pills is because he can't wait to show us the grown-up, badass Negi.

That's true. He's shown pure character development, and it's definitely showing off Negi's growth from a kid to a man. I expected no less from Akamatsu. :3

Without a reason, after all ^^ And it's not only Negi but also other characters who develop and change. Just take a look at Ku Fei, she started out as a silly Kung Fu girl but now she is a beautiful girl with a heart of a maiden :-3 But the development I'm waiting the most for is Asuna with her memories back.

The character I've found has changed a bunch is Setsuna, of course. :3 I'm sure back on the start of volume 4, she would have never dreamed of making a pactio with Konoka... Weeellll, might have dreamed it, but never thought it'd happen. I love how much she's opened up.

Certainly Setsuna changed A LOT. Back then she was cold, emotionless, she was, as Evangeline said "an unsheathed sword ready to slash anyone who gets close". To be frank I liked her that way, She have such wonderfully badass expressions when she's angry. but then she mellowed down, cuted up and became much more sociable and I love her that way too ^^ I really hopes that next time she meets Tsukuyomi she'll beat her silly. Hahaha wouldn't it be hilarious if Tsukuyomi, after being beaten started to hit on Konoka, fondle her, cuddle her calling her "Kono-sama". I'm sure that Setsuna would go crazy because of that XD Who knows maybe Konoka will start to form her own little harem ?? Negi has one, Kotarou is starting another (he already have Natsumi-chan, Mei-chan seem interested in him, and Chizune-nee tried to rape him couple of times XD) not to mention Fate's Battle Harem, Konoka might just get herself another one ^^

Yeah... I wonder if she'll adopt her old life, be the princess of Ostia, and stay in the magical world.. or if she'll go back Mahora if/when Negi and co. do. :/ That's what I wanna find out.
Setsuna does have new cuter expressions, but she still puts on pretty angry ones when Konoka's in danger. :3 Just when you though she was completely mellow, she gets all riled up. [link]

I wonder if she was even ever treated like a princess, considering her memories she was more of a human weapon to her country. But it's a really interesting question, who knows maybe she have not only the power to Destroy but the power to Create as well ?? Wouldn't it be cool if she raised all those flying rocks and placed them back in the sky. After all she was said to posses the power that created this world (if I remember correctly) For Now I think she'll come back but it's hard to say if she won't come back.

You know I've been thinking, Emily said that Yue should come back to Ariadne and pay off her debt for the education Ariadne gave her, right ?? Considering the fact that Yue is very intelligent and gets more and more powerful at quick pace, doesn't that mean that she'd have a great military carreer in Ariadne ?? And in 10-15 years... just think about all those fangirls whispering "Kyaaa isn't that Ayase-sama, one of the greatest Knights of Ariadne and personal friend of Negi-sama"

Yeah, Setsuna does have both cuteness and badass-ness, which just means she's a more developed and flexible character and easily one of my favorites.

Yeah that's worst with Akamatsu-sensei even though he works hard and gives us more and more awesome with each chapter IT'S STILL NOT ENOUGH. Mhm yeah I'd be sad too, for her to live the happy life at Mahora, all her friends and the place she grew up in... but I doubt she'll stay behind, even if She'll want to stay Negi will drag her back, after all Iincho would be worried ^^

Oh just think about some shy, cute girl offering Yue a drink "A... Ayase-sama your... your tomato milk" to which Yue would reply with a small nod and Maybe (if the girl was lucky) a tiny smile. And if Yue had a harem Emily would be probably one of the top members XD Truly, Yue's future is deeply connected with Negi's. Unless she stops loving him for some reason in the future she'll probably stay with him. To be frank... when I think about Negi's future I can't help but imagine him teaching at Mahora, a handsome, smiling young man, laughing together with his students, teaching them English. A peaceful, happy life together with his love/loves (whoever they will be :-3) Interrupted only by brief periods of having to put on the badass expression and mop the floor with some bad guys.

Kinda sad how insatiable we are when it comes to Negima. xD We should give Akamatsu a break. ... but not another two-week break, oooh, nooo. xD Yeah, Iincho-san would probably go to the magic world personally and drag Asuna back if Negi didn't take her. xD Worst enemies but best friends.

I was thinking about the most recent chapter.. The thing Chamo pointed out about Chao after Ku-chan said Negi had to marry her (and laughed it off). I actually believe that outcome to be very possible. xD He might have to marry her after all, and Chao could be their descendant, both user of magic AND Chinese martial arts.

Not even One Piece is making me so eager to see the new chapter XD On the other hand those frequent breaks Akamatsu-sensei takes may be a good thing for us. After all if there was no evil people wouldn't be able to appreciate Good. Yeah XD I'd feel sorry for Fate if Iincho got her hands on him for kidnapping Asuna, knowing Iincho... she'd rape him mindless XD I'm still hoping that after the Magical World arc Iincho will start to train under Eva, it would be so awesome if she turned from a comic relief to a serious ass-whooping badass Shotacon XD

I remember that after Kyoto arc, when Negi came to Yue with the map of his father, Nodoka entered the room saying that "Yue, there was no tomato milk" XD Yeah she drinks some Really weird stuff. And Natsumi seems to like it, there was this scene where Kotarou gave her the same drink Yue was drinking and she liked it XD Haha yeah a smile would be like a glimpse into heaven :-3 Yeah I can hardly imagine Negi Not teaching at school, especially when he gets older and cooler. He wants to chase after his father but when he finally catches up with him... he might decide to settle down, of course he'll be traveling the world and helping people but probably like Takamichi who laves Mahora from time to time.
That scenario was going through my head ever since Chao proclaimed that she was Negi's descendant, Ku Fei and Chao were too similar for it to be a accident... or maybe Akamatsu-sensei is just sadistically playing with our heads XD Like when he built up tensions between Negi and Asuna and then hit us with "She is his aunt" thing XD
