just on the side in your opinion what makes a good photographer recently decided to take art seriously

Im very new also, learning something new every time i go out! I've seen some amazing shots, on very average cameras, once you know your camera inside and out, it makes a world of a difference, i guess its just like anything, practice, practice, practice. And lot's of patience haha
