A truly magical image - the moon rising over the top of the Pyramid of Khafre, built around 2550 BC.This is the second tallest Egyptian pyramid (today 136.4 m), but it is steeper (53°) than the neighboring Pyramid of Khufu (today 138.75 m), so it appears taller from many perspectives.
