Description
Casting spells can be so difficult, especially for the preeminent Starlight Glimmer. But she pulls it off quite splendidly. You can tell by the look on her pretty face. Next to Twilight Sparkle, Starlight is one of the best spellcasters in all of Equestria.I made this vector about a month ago, but I wanted to upload it another time. Also, at the time, this wasn't full body. I didn't decide until recently.
