Description
Considering the popularity of my Bionicle sketches fromhighschool. I decided to do a new redesign one of my
favorite childhood characters, Kopaka, to develop a better
digital skill set.
This however turned into a series of bionicle related pieces.

My artwork is "head-canon" and any innovations
I make are not meant to anger or upset.
When I was a kid I disliked the movie designs. I always
pictured the Bionicle characters looking tough and realistic.
God forbid I mention Michael Bay but I tried to give the Toa
a movie style makeover with the Transformers movie and
its adult audience in mind.
My take on them was emphasizing the biomechanical.
My definition being "organisms naturally occurring in nature that
evolved resembling machines with a base element of iron, silicon,
or another metal." Much like the Silicon monster in Star Trek.
Evolved rather than being built by another race. Much in contrast
to post 2003 Farshtey canon:

Because Kopaka is just one of those kinds ofΒ characters that is just two steps ahead of everyone else.Β This guy is Team Matas' XO (2nd-in-command), took on 36 Zyglak single-handedly (Zyglak are known to be stronger than even a Toa on their own, and Kopaka just took down three-dozen of them before joining with Team Mata in stasis!), Kopaka is also favorite of THE Greg Farshtey: the author of the Bionicle Universe!

I think you mistook him for Matoro; the greatest Toa of them all. (That aside, Kopaka's awesome in his own right. I mean, curbstomping three Rahkshi!? Hell fucking yes.)

The only design from the Miramax films I like and dislike are these; I like the way they icorperate the biomechanical aspect. I dislike how it was realized. Does this make sense?

Making Kopaka even more Badass. Good Job! Sadly that there arenΒ΄t any more Bionicles. But IΒ΄d like to see someone like the Shadowed One or Mata Nui in Hero Factory.
