my "Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt" OC : "SLEEVES" (( YES, it's ANDY. ))
everyone in the show is named after a clothing item/their weapon of choice.
theREDspy helped me come up with some neat ideas for her 'weapon-transformation-sequence'! The sleeves on her sweater are removable and turn into a WHIP.
Sleeves helps protect and assist the Demons. She serves her Master, "Skullcrotch" (Demongo) and loves to spend time with her friend "Skirt" (theREDspy 's OC)!
