Actually a nice pic. For me the message is: "Do not pass, Other nice quote: "Do not come any closer, or you'll face the consequences". Another great picture, though the thumb is a little weird. Also, why do you hit yourself in the body? Still I got to say, that you are very pretty!

I'm so glad you could get your own meaning from it  Haha yes it is; it's actually a bad habit that I have when I'm doing forms. One of my sensei's (who was my role model for a very long time) always did that when he did his shuto blocks and I picked it up. Well in this particular picture, the lower hand is actually there for protection. In general though, you strike yourself when you're doing moves not exactly on purpose, but it comes down to maintaining max power for the technique. It's impossible to put 100% of your energy in to one hand and not the other when moving both. If you did that you would cut down on the power of the hand you were striking/blocking with. Putting 100% into both hands however will keep your power up...So depending on the technique, you'll strike yourself a bit. (I hope I said that so it made sense ) Aw thank you
