um, no... that can't be an apothecary; what gave you that idea?
well, he's missing telltale marks of insignia, power armor, etc (probably owing to the fact that he's Chaos aligned), but I can only assume that he's wearing a servo-harness on his back, which marks him as a Techmarine, member of a small number of Space Marines who are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of Space Marine machinery.
