Wonderful shot. So beautiful, so visceral. The complete fade to pinkness at the bottom of the frame adds a dreamy element to this shot that works well. Such an intense stare coupled with a softness that is so natural and genuine. This is one of those shots that stands out for so many reasons and I just love it. The poppies, the skin tone, the lips, the expression....it all creates a real feeling, a world within the photo.
