BUT are this flames allowed to be used for commercial purposes? For example i get asked to do a design and i think the best option is to use one of the Flames (or just a part of them) of this set to get the job done. Am i ALLOWED to use them IF i am not claiming their propierty, not distributing them, i just USE them for making a final image wich will be with another designs?

yes they are ALLOWED, as long as you make a different piece. that's why I made a starter pack, so you can have your own

Will this work with apophysis 2.02? or do I need one of the newer ones?

it works with any Apo
as i know.. only the latest Apo versions are working, but you can open the parameters without problems
