Awww <3 Well that depends on how carefully you handle your doll. It can be years or days. I play with Jess a lot and the faceup got chipped when she fell on her face because of my carelessness. While my friend keeps hers in a glass cabinet and is still in perfect conditions even after 4 years since I painted her faceup. But most of the time people like changing faceups just because their taste evolved and wish to try something new.

God, I love your work so much! The way you paint heads is just absolutely amazing. I've been wanting to get in to doll painting for a while, but have severely lacked the funds to do so, as I live paycheck to paycheck. Someday when I have the extra money, I hope I can make something as beautiful as these.
