Description
Originally known as Ambassador Magma in Japan, Goldar is a giant robot from the 1960's television show 'Space Giants' (also originally titled 'Ambassador Magma'). Armed with gamma ray beams from his antennae, missiles launched from his chest and some sweet karate moves to boot (not to mention dazzling blonde hair ... on a robot), he was tasked with taking down giant monsters unleashed on the world by the alien villain Rodak (aka Gao). Oh, and he could also transform into a jet while traveling, making him one of the first transforming robots.
